The trick to choosing a great cut out dress is to make sure you prioritize elegance first. The ones I chose below are a bit more on the sexy side but choices but the cuts and shapes aren't so cut out that you lack the class that needed. I would tone down a cut out like these with a lower but chic heel like this or like even these cute black strappy one to match the straps of the dress. For a purse i would go with something a little more casual like and unstructured cross body bag. I think that would look great with any of these black summer dresses.
