I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Boheme once during my summer travels in Italy and I can say with confidence it was amazing. This luxury villa was completely focused on attention to detail. It is located in a quiet and pleasant location in the city center, 85 steps downhill from the main road. With breathtaking views of Positano and the Amalfi Coast’s multicolored sunsets.
These elegant suites are adorned with stylish antiques, Vietri tiles floors, inlaid ceilings and breathtaking views of the sea. If you're more of a beach person and you know you wanna head to the sand everyday then "stay right in all the action" is as close as you're gonna get. It's only about 50 feet from the sand and it's a 5 star hotel. You don't even need to deal with the staircases when you arrive with your luggage. They have a luggage service that they organize before for your arrival.
I've also had the pleasure of staying here myself and I can say It's pretty spectacular. The rooms are a great size and they are filled with elegant designs, my room had a gorgeous balcony, air con, TV, free wifi, private bathroom, Vietri ceramic tiles, spa tubs and terracotta floors from Ogliara.
Every morning you can go down stairs to enjoy the elaborate breakfast buffet in their eating area and sit at the tables that overlook the ocean and watch all the boats getting ready for the day. I also really enjoyed just having cocktails in the lobby area. It's a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The lobby has its own bar so you can have specialty cocktails while you enjoy the views of the ocean. They also have a outdoor pool area that serves food, so lunch by the pool is a fun option if you need a break from the sand. They also have a restaurant on property where they serve the most exquisite mediterranean food.
If you're wanting to stay right in all the action and have easy access to great food, boats, sand and even the nightclub a few doors down this is one of the best places to stay in Positano Italy. You really can't get any better located.
TOP TIP: Make sure to arrange the luggage service directly after you book your stay because you don't wanna arrive and be caught with no one to deal with the bags. make this a priority for ease of arrival.
Villa San Giacomo
Best group experience for
places to stay in positano
This gorgeous luxurious property sits at the town’s highest point. With 12 rooms that can sleep 28. It's the perfect place to accomodate a large group or wedding party while still feeling the towns charm by being surrounded by lush gardens. Villa San Giacomo is the ultimate Amalfi Coast getaway. Its rustic but chicly decorated interiors go perfectly with the natural outdoor spaces. You will feel enveloped in luxury at this Italian villa.
The list of top notch amenities at this property range from an In-house chef to complimentary cooking lessons as well as large expansive vistas that overlook the beauty of the positano pale blue waters.
The entire villa was fully renovated in 2013, with no expense spared. Resulting in a luxurious property full of frescoed walls and hand painted tiles. All the bedrooms have a slight feel of 1714, the year the villa was built in.

This is another 5-star luxurious hotel that I would say rivals "Le Sirenuse." This Hotel features elegantly furnished rooms with terraces and sea views.
